Kirk excavating has been in business since 1989. We started out as a small company serving the electric industry installing duct-banks, pouring of concrete, setting pole bases, transformer pads, etc. With excavating equipment at hand, we employed professionals in the water and sewer industry further expanding our range. Then several years ago we again expanded our range and workforce by hiring qualified personal to specifically handle horizontal directional drilling services, also known as H.D.D. We perform underground utility placement on residence without disturbing lawn or expensive landscaping.
Since then we have grown into a company that specializes in utility placement by directional drilling methods. We currently have six (6) drills in our fleet that range in sizes so we can tackle a variety of projects big and small. Also included in our fleet we have equipment needed for pipe-fusing, vac-units used for cleanliness and utility locating, several backholes, trenchers, etc. We also have the required tooling needed to drill in solid rock conditions and the capability to drill up to a 30" hole.
Another new service we are providing when needed is Innereaming. We became a licensed Inneream installer which is a patented process like pipe-bursting that utilizes a directional drill to grind and remove old pipe while placing new pipe into place. So whether you are looking for a company to install a utility by means of open-cut or trenchless technology (HDD). We can fulfill all of your needs.
